AMD & Low Vision Awareness Month


February is AMD & Low Vision Awareness Month – a month to raise awareness about age-related macular degeneration and living with low vision.

 

AMD (age-related macular degeneration) is one of the most common causes of vision loss in older adults and affects millions of people every day. By spreading awareness, we can contribute to earlier detection, better support and increased quality of life for those living with low vision.
