Today, we notice that it is the international day for people with disabilities. The day was instituted in 1992 by the UN in order to increase understanding of disability issues and to draw attention to the rights and well-being of people with disabilities. There are many types of disabilities and to be visually impaired or blind are a few examples that poses major challenges for the persons in terms to managing their daily lives.
