World Sight Day

The World Sight Day is globally celebrated today. Vision accounts for approximately 80% of our impressions and is closely linked to our perceived quality of life. It is therefore worth highlighting that many of the various eye diseases we know of can be prevented through good lifestyle habits and regular eye examinations. The recommendation is to visit an optician for an eye examination approximately every two or three years, in order to in time detect eye changes or signs of eye diseases. This applies even if your perceived vision is good, and is particularly important if you are over 40 years of age.

It is also good to know that there is help available for those who suffer from eye diseases and impaired vision. At LVI we are offering numerous vision aids that can make a big difference for people with vision loss. You can read more about our products here or contact us for guidance.
