There are lots of possibilities and we can provide people with visual impairments with the optimal solution for the particular study environment they are in. Below we present a selection of our solutions, mainly those developed for the iPad, but we also have a broad range of other solutions which are excellent for school environments. MagniLink iTAB – wired, compact and ergonomic video magnifier solution for iPad
MagniLink iTAB is a portable and flexible solution, a competent video magnifier that connects to an iPad (the iPad is not included in the iTAB). This combination becomes a versatile and useful vision aid in a compact format that is easy to bring along everywhere.
MagniLink iTAB is developed for and connects directly to an Apple iPad via the USB C connector. The tiltable stand for the iPad makes it ergonomic, and an extra connector enables charging of the iPad while the system is in use. The MagniLink iTAB can be supplied with a reading/distance camera with fantastic image quality, but you can also choose an iTAB without a camera and instead connect a MagniLink video magnifier (for example a MagniLink S) if you for already have one.
Once the software in the form of the MagniLink Viewer app for iOS is downloaded and installed on your iPad, the system is very easy and educational to use. It is possible to split the image on the screen so that you simultaneously can read from a book or other printed text using the iPad's camera – and view the information on a whiteboard in the classroom with the iTab's distance camera. It is also possible to split the image with other applications on the iPad.

MagniLink WifiCam – wireless video magnifier solution for iPad
MagniLink WifiCam is a wireless solution where a box with a built-in read/distance camera is conveniently connected directly to an iPad. Once the software in the form of the MagniLink Viewer app for iOS is downloaded and installed on your iPad, and the MagniLink WifiCam is paired, you're all set. The MagniLink Viewer app provides full control over all features, such as magnification, artificial colors, split screen, guiding lines, OCR processing, image storage, video recording and more. The flexible camera arm and an integrated iPad stand are included in the MagniLink WifiCam, but the iPad is not.

MagniLink AIR Go – mobile, wireless distance camera, ideal for students who frequently change classrooms
MagniLink AIR Go is a mobile and wireless distance camera that can easily be moved between different locations, ideal for visually impaired students who frequently change classrooms. Place it anywhere where it has a clear view and connect via Wifi. The image is transferred either wirelessly or via an Ethernet cable and the device can be connected to PC, Mac, Chromebook or iPad. For extra convenience, the device has a built-in battery that provides approx. 5.5 hours of use without an external power source. The device can be used while charging.
MagniLink AIR Go is part of the MagniLink AIR concept – a whole family of different cameras and accessories that can be used individually or in combination, creating amazing possibilities for users. As an example, MagniLink AIR Go is compatible with our different computer connected video magnifiers.
